The Workshop

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any workshop (“Workshop”) organised by PRESENTAILOR Robin Stegt (“we” or “us”). This information is important and affects your legal rights, so please read them, along with our Privacy Policy, and any other terms referenced in this document.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By signing up via the registration form or otherwise for any of our workshops, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is established when we send you a booking confirmation. The booking confirmation is sent to you by email and has an invoice attached to it.

Payment

The fee for attending the Workshop (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form for the relevant Workshop. Prices are exclusive of VAT, except where expressly stated otherwise. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full shortly after receiving the invoice, and in any event prior to the date of the Workshop. If payment is not carried out within 7 days after receiving the invoice, your registration will be cancelled and the payment of any refund will be at our complete discretion. Payment will be made via traditional bank transfer, PayPal or other services (please contact us at info@presentailor.com for individual requests). We reserve the right to run price promotions as we think fit.

Refunds

The tickets for the Workshop are non-refundable except as stated in paragraphs 4 and below. If you are unable to attend the Workshop, please email us at info@presentailor.com. In any case, you may provide us with the name of a substitute to attend the Workshop on your behalf and on receipt of this email we shall make such substitution and allow the substitute access to the Workshop.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the Registration Fee without any delay. This refund will be promptly processed, and we are committed to making sure that the entire process is hassle-free and efficient. We understand that it can be a difficult decision to cancel, but rest assured that we will do our best to provide a timely refund.

We may offer you the opportunity to attend a future Workshop in lieu of a refund of the Registration Fee. Even if the Registration Fee for the future Workshop is higher than what you originally paid, you can still participate at the same price. If the future Workshop costs less than what you paid, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Your obligations

If you act in a way that we deem likely to cause harm or nuisance to anyone at the Workshop, you must leave immediately, and we won’t refund your Registration Fee nor any other payment that you may have made in connection with the Workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for accommodation, meals, or travel costs. We take the safety and wellbeing of everyone at the Workshop very seriously, and so we must ask you to leave if your behaviour is deemed to be likely to cause harm or nuisance.

For online workshops, we expect every attendee to ensure that their camera and microphone are activated during the entire duration of the workshop. We understand that it may not be possible to have a quiet environment throughout the entire session. It is essential that we have a clear video image of the attendee in order to maximize the effectiveness and quality of the workshop. Additionally, we ask that all attendees make sure that their internet connection is stable, as this will ensure that the workshop runs smoothly. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to a successful and productive workshop!

Recording

Recording the Workshop (online or in presence) without the consent of all participants is prohibited by law. This is to ensure the privacy of each attendee is respected, as any unauthorized recording of the event could lead to serious legal repercussions. Furthermore, it is important to note that each party involved has the right to refuse permission for any recordings to take place. It is important to respect the wishes of all attendees and not record the event without their express consent.

Provided learning material

Educational material provided to the participants is for private use only; unless otherwise stated, it should not be used for commercial or public distribution. Furthermore, you are not allowed to reproduce or modify the material in any way, or to use it for any other purpose than the one it was provided for in the first place.

Data protection

We will be in touch with you via the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purpose of the Workshop, ensuring that we are able to keep you informed about progress and any changes that may occur. We will use this information not only for the Workshop but also for other related activities to ensure we can keep you up to date with any updates and get your feedback. We will also use this information to be able to contact you in case of any emergency that may occur.

Tickets

We shall not send you tickets (neither digital nor physical) for the Workshop. We will have your name on the attendee list and if you have paid the Registration Fee you shall be provided with access to the Workshop.

Liability and Disclaimer

We take every reasonable precaution possible to ensure that the workshop remains a secure and safe environment for all attendees. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of attending, apart from any death or personal injury resulting from our own negligence. To minimize the risk of any unpleasant incidents occurring, we have implemented a range of safety measures and security protocols. We still strongly advise all visitors to the workshop to take personal responsibility for their own wellbeing and be aware of their own surroundings. We hope this will ensure that all attendees have a pleasant and safe experience while at the workshop.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability for which it is illegal to restrict or limit liability.

Our liability for any issue related to the Contract is limited to the price you paid for the Workshop. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, including any losses that may arise from the use of the Workshop, or for any consequential losses or damages, whether foreseeable or not, or any losses or damages related to any third parties or any other indirect losses. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred by you as a result of any breach of the Contract, whether in tort, contract or otherwise. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures in the performance of our obligations under the Contract that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
